Is rafting suitable for beginners?
Yes! Ayung River is perfect for beginners and families. Our certified guides will give a full briefing and stay with you on the river.
What is the minimum age for rafting?
Minimum age is 5 years old. Children under 5 may join but are not covered by insurance and must be agreed at booking.
What should I bring?
Bring swimwear / sport clothes, a change of clothes, and sunscreen. We provide helmet, life jacket, and all rafting equipment.
What if it rains?
Rafting runs in light rain. In case of bad weather or force majeure, you can reschedule or get a refund according to our policy.
How does hotel pickup work?
Choose “Yes, add pickup” at booking, select your area, and enter your hotel address. Our driver will pick you up before your session.
How do I pay?
