Is it safe for beginners?

Yes. Ayung is perfect for first-timers; Telaga Waja is more adventurous but still fully guided. All trips include certified guides, quality equipment, and a safety briefing.

Can I cancel or reschedule?

Yes — free reschedule or full refund if you cancel more than 72 hours before the trip. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

How does hotel pickup work?

Select “Yes, add pickup” at booking, choose your area, and enter your hotel address. Price per car (max 5 people): Ubud Rp300K, Kuta/Seminyak/Canggu Rp400K, Jimbaran/Nusa Dua Rp500K, Uluwatu Rp550K (+Rp50K/car for Telaga Waja).

What are the ATV age rules?

Drivers must be 12+. Kids aged 5–11 ride tandem with an adult. The ATV track is in the same location as the rafting — no transfer needed.

What should I bring?

Swimwear or sport clothes, a change of clothes, and sunscreen. We provide all rafting & ATV equipment, locker, towel, and shower.

How do I pay?
