• Booking data: name, email, WhatsApp number, country, number of participants, pickup area and hotel address, and trip notes.
• Payment data: processed securely by our payment gateway. We do not store your card or bank credentials on our servers.
• Technical data: basic cookies and session data needed for the website and checkout to function (e.g., WooCommerce session).

2. How We Use Your Data

• To process and confirm your rafting booking.
• To arrange your trip, guides, equipment, and hotel pickup.
• To communicate with you (booking confirmation, reminders, operational updates).
• To provide customer support and handle reschedules or refunds.
• To improve our services and website.

3. Who We Share Data With

• Payment gateway (e.g., iPay88) — to process your payment securely.
• Rafting operation team & drivers — only the data needed to run your trip (name, pickup details, participant counts).
• Review service (CusRev) — only if you opt in to receive a review invitation.

We never sell your personal data.

4. Data Retention

We keep booking records for operational, accounting, and legal purposes as required by Indonesian law, after which data is deleted or anonymized.

5. Data Security

We use an HTTPS-secured website and a PCI-compliant payment gateway. Access to booking data is limited to authorized staff only.

6. Your Rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data, or withdraw consent for non-essential communications, by contacting us at admin@whitewaterraftingadventure.com.

7. Children

Bookings for children are made by a parent or guardian. Children under 5 join without insurance coverage and require an explicit waiver at booking, as described in our Safety & Waiver page.

8. Cookies

Cookies are used only to make the website and checkout work (cart/session, preferences). You can disable cookies in your browser, but checkout may not function properly.
