1. Bookings & Payment

All bookings are made online through our website and require full payment at the time of booking via our secure checkout. A booking is confirmed once payment is successfully received and an order is generated. All prices are stated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).

2. What Is Included

• Professional certified river guide(s)
• International standard safety equipment (helmet, life jacket, paddle, raft)
• Pre-trip safety briefing
• Insurance coverage for participants aged 5 years and above
• Hotel pickup (only if selected and paid at booking)

3. Participant Eligibility & Health

• Minimum age for rafting is 5 years old.
• Children under 5 may join only with guardian acknowledgment that no insurance coverage applies (waiver required at booking).
• Participants must be in good health. You must inform us of any medical conditions (heart conditions, asthma, epilepsy, pregnancy, recent surgery, etc.) before booking.
• Participants under the influence of alcohol or drugs will not be allowed to raft, without refund.

4. Raft Capacity & Schedule

• Share raft: maximum 6 pax per raft. Private raft: maximum 3 pax per raft.
• Available time slots are shown at booking (09:00 – 14:00 depending on package).
• Please arrive or be ready for pickup on time. Late arrival may result in rescheduling without refund of price differences.

5. Weather & Force Majeure

Rafting is a weather-dependent outdoor activity. If conditions are deemed unsafe by our operation team (extreme weather, flood, force majeure), we will offer a reschedule or a full refund — your choice.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

7. Safety & Participant Conduct

• Participants must follow all instructions from guides and staff at all times.
• Failure to follow safety instructions may result in removal from the activity without refund.
• Personal belongings are your own responsibility. We recommend leaving valuables at your hotel.

8. Liability

We operate with certified guides, quality equipment, and insurance for eligible participants. Our liability is limited to the extent provided by applicable Indonesian law. We are not liable for loss or damage to personal belongings, or for incidents caused by participants ignoring guide instructions.

9. Photos & Media

Trip photos/videos may be taken by our team. By participating, you grant us permission to use such media for promotional purposes unless you inform us otherwise.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The latest version will always be published on this page.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
