Your safety is our priority. Every trip runs with certified guides, international standard equipment, and a full safety briefing. Please read this page before your trip.
1. Our Safety Standards
- Certified river guides trained in rescue & first aid
- Helmets, life jackets, and equipment inspected before every trip
- Complete safety briefing before entering the river
- River and weather conditions monitored continuously
- Insurance coverage for participants aged 5 and above
2. Participant Responsibilities
- Follow all guide instructions and paddling commands at all times.
- Disclose medical conditions, pregnancy, or disabilities before the trip.
- Do not participate under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
- Wear the provided safety equipment properly throughout the trip.
3. Acknowledgment of Risk
White water rafting is an outdoor adventure sport that involves inherent risks, including but not limited to capsizing, cold water immersion, and contact with natural obstacles. By participating, you voluntarily accept these risks.
4. Children Under 5 Years Old
Children under 5 may join only accompanied by a parent/guardian, and are not covered by insurance. The booking adult must accept the waiver checkbox at booking: “I understand that children under 5 years old join free of charge and are not covered by insurance.”
5. Health Declaration
You confirm that you (and the participants in your booking) are physically fit to participate and have no condition that makes rafting dangerous for you, including heart conditions, uncontrolled asthma, epilepsy, or pregnancy beyond the first trimester. When in doubt, consult your doctor and contact us before booking.
