Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation by You

| More than 72 hours before trip | 100% refund |
| 24 – 72 hours before trip | 50% refund |
| Less than 24 hours / no-show | No refund |
Alternatively, you may choose a free reschedule (subject to availability) instead of a refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before the trip.
2. Cancellation by Us (Weather / Force Majeure)
If we cancel your trip due to unsafe weather, river conditions, or force majeure, you choose between:
- A full 100% refund, or
- A free reschedule to another available date.

4. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 3–14 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
5. Pickup Add-on
Pickup fees follow the same cancellation rules as the main booking. If the driver is already on the way and you cancel within 24 hours, the pickup fee is non-refundable.
